Elliott Forman has been to innumerable places. A cursory look at his life will open a window to this young star’s legendary life so far. Adventure, action, and drama seem to be fundamentals in Elliott’s life. Now an accomplished entrepreneur with a number of masterpiece businesses in his portfolio, he is irresistible and phenomenal in making huge strides toward making Bonita Payments, currently his major business, a top-class merchant service provider.
But before he landed in the entrepreneurship world, he was away, sailing seas and protecting the maritime borders of the USA. Elliott served in the US Navy as an Operational Specialist for four years in Norfolk, Virginia Area. You could see him at the helm of the ship, piercing the surface of deep blue water. The weather was not always merciful, and sometimes it would swing the ship like a pendulum, but standing firm in the chaotic times is one of the deep-seated traits in Elliott.
After two years of serving in the US Navy, he discovered an enormous passion for boxing. A veteran, and physically and mentally fit, it didn’t take much time to enter the ring and knock down opponents. Elliott won the Junior Middleweight title and ruled the ring for most of his professional boxing career, which lasted seven years. After seeing his initial career choices, one can understand how he grew up to be a risk-taker and a fearless leader later on.
After a successful boxing career, the sales world attracted the attention of this ambitious soul, and as had been the trend, Elliott didn’t think twice before pursuing a career in it. He joined First Data Independent Sales as a Senior Business Consultant and helped many businesses grow to great lengths. About his skills in the sales business, Elliott believes he was a ‘natural born sales professional.’ He worked with FDIS for eight years straight, substantiating the fact that wherever Elliott goes and whatever he chooses to do, he dedicates his soul and spirit to that work and doesn’t leave until he achieves maximum potential.
That’s exactly what he showcased when Elliott started Bonita Payments, a payment processing company and merchant service provider. The business was founded in 2015 and, since then, has only prospered and progressed. Spearheaded by its founder, the business has also been part of the story of the success and survival of many businesses. Its role in allocating loans to a number of dying small to mid-sized businesses during the uncertain and unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic when even the banks and the government refused to do so is a story that would be repeated for ages to come.
“Small businesses are the core of the U.S. Economy, and we were delighted to be a support to our customers who entrust us to provide payment processing,” says Elliott.
He has lived an adventurous life so far, running after his passions and dreams. He is satisfied with his life but isn’t sitting complacent. After marking Navy, boxing, sales, and entrepreneurship, one can only wonder what his next stop will be.
