Sadly, the modern woman is struggling to celebrate her beauty, as being judged by looks and personal choices have limited her true potential and choice.
Aicha Dramé is a woman with a cause. From the face of it, she is a leading entrepreneur owning her luxury eyelash and makeup company and is a beauty influencer. However, she has a lot more to her personality and vision than her work. Supporting women and empowering them to achieve financial freedom and evoke in them a hunger to pursue their dreams is her true inner calling.
As an African woman from a humble background, she knows how judgmental and demeaning the world could get and how being financially independent is a blessing. For her, that is not the reason to let the negatives outweigh your true potential. As a digital creator, she is consistently creating empowering content for women to enhance their beauty, take bold and concrete steps to become confident and comfortable while exploring all things that make them feel beautiful. A woman should be limitless, unbounded, or free from socially constructed ideals and there need be no cap to how far she can reach out and explore. These beliefs were taught to her through her journey by life itself.
“Throughout my journey in business and even influencing, I realized I was limiting myself to what society, family, friends and my environment was telling me I should be. I was afraid of exploring other interests and skills I possessed because they didn’t fit my “description.” And realized that many people, especially women, may go through the same experience. So, I’ve made it my mission to help women explore all of the options they have in life and provide opportunities for them to learn and succeed in whatever they choose to do.”
Aicha hopes to further build her company that will be able to help thousands of women find a career where they are passionate, happy, and financially independent. As she preaches, “As a woman, you don’t have to fit the mold to make it in life and to just be yourselves, work hard and you could achieve anything.”
