As a professional trainer and motivational speaker, Bobby Umar has received many awards and recognition for his work. This includes being selected as training services business leader of the year 2021 in the Global Business Insight Awards. He was also named an Inc Magazine Top 100 Leadership Speaker, alongside Richard Branson, Brene Brown, and John C Maxwell. With 15 years of experience, Bobby is now using his expertise to coaching others in his areas of expertise, through live one-on-one consulting, group coaching, and online programs.
Bobby’s areas of expertise include thought leadership, personal branding, public speaking, storytelling, building meaningful relationships, confidence/mindset, digital Influence, and content creation through which he aims to help people find more clarity, purpose, and direction in their life. He set this goal after his very own experience during his career across four industries, where he always felt lost, stuck or unfulfilled as a leader. Now with his diverse range of knowledge and expertise, Bobby was all set to help thousands of others.
Bobby started off by launching his first main business, known as Raeallan – Transformational Speaking and Training, where he focused on building thought leadership in business professionals and teams. He used his keynotes and workshops around the world or online, usually for conferences or corporations. Bobby then dived into the field of personal branding where he created DYPB – Discover Your Personal Brand, to provide personal branding events and training for individuals and teams. As a result of this initiative, he ran North America’s largest conference, dedicated to personal branding, by focusing on helping leaders create more focus, alignment, and impact in their lives. Lastly, Bobby also runs the Thought Leadership Branding Club on Clubhouse, which is meant to be a community of thought leaders and experts in their field of helping business professionals develop their leadership skills in the following three areas: building meaningful relationships, innovating new ideas, expertise, and content, and enhancing communication skills such as speaking, writing, and storytelling. Through these different businesses, Bobby hopes to galvanize people, create communities, and in the end, be a force of positive change.
In addition to the above mentioned businesses, Bobby also has a strong social media presence with over 650,000 followers. He uses these platforms to be a source of inspiration, to empathize and connect with the people he is trying to help. As a result of his efforts, he has been named the top 25 social selling influencers out of 1000 where he was ranked 16th in position. With multiple awards and recognitions, Bobby is proud of where he is today. He now just hopes to continue with the same determination, so that he can keep increasing his reach of the audience and impact many more.
