As a result, to this day, Katie continues to work hard to further grow her reach. She says, “I would rather learn by reading, researching, or listening to something than by watching TV.”
- Never give up
While she left school at the age of 13, Katie did not sit empty handed. Instead, she started modeling that eventually built up her confidence to start her business. And even though she had taken loans to launch her salon and was close to bankruptcy, she did not give up. No matter what knockbacks she got, Katie held her head high and kept moving forward. As a result, today she is a successful entrepreneur with multiple businesses that specialize in the hair and beauty industry.
- Motivate others
To Katie, living a successful life is not just about working on yourself, but it also includes helping others achieve what they desire. Since her reach is mostly organic, she strives to fulfill people’s requests. For example, when her followers were admiring her entrepreneurial skills and sought to learn them, Katie launched KG Business Mentor, where she helped other business owners build teams and create freedom within their business.
