What is the point of following a diet that only leads to temporary weight loss and eventually causes serious health issues? You certainly can’t think of one good reason for this question. But surprisingly, many people are so deeply influenced by society that they keep trying such diets in order to achieve their ideal body type. This means sacrificing your health just to look a certain way from the outside. Amber Wentworth used to be one of these people until she discovered what it meant to be truly healthy and how to achieve that state of mind and body.
Amber Wentworth is a health advocate and nutrition and life coach. From a young age, she faced issues with her body image and weight which eventually built up to bigger health issues. She spent years of her life trying every diet out there but none of them suited her because they did not address hunger or hormones. Following such a diet that doesn’t meet your basic nutritional requirements is setting yourself up for inevitable failure. “I was just about to give up and accept that I was destined to be fat and unhealthy when I came across a ‘new’ diet. I decided to give it one more try and that last try changed my life,” says Amber. She admits that the new diet addressed her hunger and balanced her hormones which left her feeling significantly better about herself. Having experienced this amazing mental, physical, and emotional change firsthand, she wanted to spread this information to others because it is not readily available and even deliberately censored in society. This lack of awareness can potentially cause major mental and physical health issues including depression. Proper nutrition and lifestyle change is the key to health and quality of life.
Therefore, she decided to dedicate her entire life to helping others. She ventured out on her own and built a coaching business platform called Lone Star Coaching. She created her own website, social media, logos, graphics, and podcast. She is a certified Nutrition Coach, Carnivore Coach, Ketogenic Coach, Life Coach, Intermittent Fasting Coach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner, and Master Hypnotherapist. She is also a published romance novel writer. Amber believes that people have the power to make the necessary changes in their life. Being on medications, having low energy and health issues like obesity is considered normal and expected as we get older when in reality, it is very dangerous.
The goal of her business is to ultimately provide everyone a quality of life and to empower as many people as possible to get out of the sick care system using food as medicine and lifestyle changes, so no one else has to suffer as long as she did.
