Tawjeeh Consulting was founded in 2019, with the sole purpose to provide its services in the educational sector. The founder, Abderrrahman Zahid explains Tawjeeh consulting as a firm where the futures of the Moroccan students are formed with great insight and guidance about their careers.
The mission of Tawjeeh consulting is to provide a comfortable and friendly counseling environment to students who are confused and worked up about their futures. The process is made extremely easy and doable for students hence their happiness and comfort are never compromised.
The students are provided with exclusive and special tools and techniques that help them to overcome obstacles and difficulties they come across during the process of finding career options or higher education options. Moreover, students are provided with counseling from renowned mentors from all across the world, who have gone through the same situations and belong to the same educational background as the students.
But how did the Tawjeeh Consulting come into being? We went in-depth with Abderrahman Zahid about the formation of this great startup and he revealed some major reasons for creating this institution for Moroccan students. He explained that as a student he went through quite a difficult phase of confusion, frustration, and anxiety because of a lack of proper guidance about his career choices.
He further tells us that although he was a top student and student body president, he always felt like something meaningful was missing from the Moroccan educational system. Even as a student he felt like the system is not as flourished and providing as an educational system must be. This led to a change in his thoughts and actions, he decided to do something for his beliefs and also for the students of Morocco.
Abderrahman Zahid further tells us that according to him the Moroccan educational system failed so many students. Even now he is of the same viewpoint that the Moroccan educational system doesn’t help students in recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, so how can they identify the right career choice when they don’t even know what they are capable and not capable of.
This led to the formation of Tawjeeh Consulting, where the students enrolled in a great number, and up till now more than 32000 students were guided and counseled their way through the toughest of career choices in their lives. The offices of Tawjeeh consulting cover 3 main regions of Morocco, Marrakech. Casablanca & the capital city of Rabat. Another landmark success of Tawjeeh consulting is that they were granted a meeting with the minister of higher education who listened to their solutions that are yet to be implemented.
