“ Bullies are never born; they are made. A dog that bites is a dog that’s been bitten. Anyone abusive is operating from a place of scarcity; and therefore, is driven by fear. What makes things worse is that even though abuse is a desperate attempt to reclaim control, it is the very thing that takes it away. Because the more people they abuse, the more sleeping enemies they create. ”

They threaten because they’ve been threatened. They bite because they’ve been bitten.” All their actions are reactions to the same sort of treatment and are intended more to protect themselves than harm others.
Furthermore, he states that bullying stems from underlying insecurities, and emotional wounds. Some begin to bully after they have experienced a traumatic event or have been subject to bullying themselves. It is a serious problem and its root cause is required to be addressed and dealt with to heal the emotional wound that gave birth to the abusive behavior that bullies demonstrate.
