Certified Tantric Healer and ABS Board Certified Clinical Sexologist, Devi Ward Erickson founded the Institute of Authentic Tantra Education (IATE) in 2017, which has since become the world’s first and only government-accredited school for Tantric sexual healing. Since 2008, she has been studying, practicing, and imparting the knowledge of Tibetan Five Element Tantra for holistic sexual healing. She is a highly credentialed Tantra practitioner, teacher, and mentor, sharing knowledge that has changed the course of many lives.

At IATE, Devi Ward Erickson offers a variety of courses designed to help individuals heal and transform their lives. The Authentic Tantra® Certification Program is a Master’s Degree Program, which covers everything from understanding the fundamental basics of Tantra to exploring advanced techniques for physical healing and spiritual awakening. The program includes courses such as Ejaculation Mastery for Men, the Female Orgasm Intensive, and Monthly Meditation Membership.
As an anti-racist organization, IATE finds it very gratifying that this lineage was started by Niguma, a black woman whose skin was so dark that her “blackness” has been one of her main characteristics for more than 1200 years. This cultural heritage encourages them to warmly welcome people of all colors, faiths, and backgrounds. They also continue to update curriculum and teaching policies to ensure they are inclusive of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
In recognition of the unique needs and challenges faced by people of color, Devi Ward has created the Tantra Mastery for Women of Color Group Training Program. Through communal healing and targeted support, this program helps women of color heal from wounds and trauma that are specific to them while also fulfilling the Phase I requirements for the Authentic Tantra® Certification Program.
