Arthur was only two years old when his family came to the United States as refugees from what was left of the Soviet Union. While his family advocated for a stable 9-5 lifestyle, the young Arthur always had a different view on life, as he believed in pursuing entrepreneurship. His family was wary of that kind of life because of the Russian atrocities they had seen where only the people involved with the government or the organized crime could run successful businesses. However, being in America took away that fear from Arthur, and he grew up to realize that he was in complete charge of his life. Today, Arthur is the youngest adjunct professor at Columbia Basin College, teaching Architectural Design, Mechanical Design, and Advanced 3D Modeling. He enjoys teaching design and believes that this association with young talent helps to fulfill his inner desire to create a positive influence. As the Chief Operations Officer of ARY Engineering, his leadership role grants him a similar position where he is able to lead and solve problems.
