First orders for the new model can now be placed at Dimovil and Auto Classe dealers
The new Mercedes-Benz GLB is a Suv with great versatility and, at the same time, a spacious family car. It is the first Mercedes-Benz in this segment optionally available in a seven-seater version, and will soon be available for sale at Dimovil and Auto Classe dealers in the Region of Murcia, with orders already being placed for the first units.
With the introduction of the new GLB, Mercedes-Benz’s family of compact passenger cars is extended to eight models. Currently on sale are the A-Class, the A-Class Saloon, and the A-Class Long Version Saloon, the B Class, the CLA Coupé, the CLA Shooting Brake and the GLA, all available at Dimovil and Auto Classe.
The new GLB has the most appreciated attributes of the current generation of compact cars from Mercedes-Benz, such as the powerful and efficient four-cylinder engines, the latest driving assistance systems, which offer cooperative assistance to the driver, the MBUX intuitive infotainment system and the innovative Energizing comfort control.
The GLB is the first compact Mercedes-Benz passenger car available as an option with the third row of seats, consisting of two individual seats.
Off-road character
The rugged proportions of the GLB underline its off-road character. The body shapes consist of large and expressive surfaces, with reduced edges and character lines, and very precise assembly of the elements. This conveys sportiness, charisma, and modernity. The upright front end with the striking headlamps is proof of the off-road genetic code, as are the short overhangs at the front and rear.
Other advantages include the thoroughly revised four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines in the compact car series. Other highlights are the driving assistance systems, which provide cooperative driver support and incorporate functions from the S-Class, not to mention the intuitive MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) infotainment system.
